1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Pytunity ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms set forth herein, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other users who access or use our website and services, including custom AI agent development, web development, and consulting.

2. Services Provided

Pytunity offers the following services:

  • Custom AI agent design, development, and deployment.
  • Full-stack web application development.
  • AI integration and automation consulting.
  • Ongoing maintenance, support, and agent optimization.

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements executed between Pytunity and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information required for the delivery of services.
  • Respond to communications and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary code or AI models built by Pytunity unless authorized in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules and amounts are defined in the project proposal or service agreement.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom code and deliverables developed specifically for your project is transferred to you, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Pytunity retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components used across projects. We may also showcase anonymized aspects of the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pytunity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • Pytunity will deliver all completed work and related documentation.
  • Confidentiality obligations will survive termination indefinitely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pytunity operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
